IBS International Selected to Build Bahamas Commission for UNESCO Website

IBS today announces that the company has been selected to develop the web presence for the Bahamas Commission for UNESCO. This site serves as the central point for information exchange specific to the initiatives that the Bahamas undertakes as part of UNESCO. (http://www.bahamascommission-unesco.org)

UNESCO - the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was founded on 16 November 1945. For this specialized United Nations agency, it is not enough to build classrooms in devastated countries or to publish scientific breakthroughs. Education, Social and Natural Science, Culture and Communication are the means to a far more ambitious goal : to build peace in the minds of men. UNESCO - the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was founded on 16 November 1945. For this specialized United Nations agency, it is not enough to build classrooms in devastated countries or to publish scientific breakthroughs. Education, Social and Natural Science, Culture and Communication are the means to a far more ambitious goal : to build peace in the minds of men.

The UNESCO site includes a number of function elements that promote dialog and information exchange between commission members and the public, including member and public discussion forums, international dates of interest, Upcomiong events, and cultural and educational news.

"We are proud to be part of this worthwhile community prokject" says Donovan Moxey, Ph.D. President of IBS, "and we look forward to continuing to work with the Bahamas National Commission for UNESCO members to incorporate additional content into the site."

In addition to the web site development, IBS also created custom letterhead, and business cards for commission members.

Update April 28, 2012. Each of the major tourism ofiecfs around the Dolomite's Sellaronda as well as Sudtirol tourism were contacted about this issue. All but Alta Badia failed to comment. Alta Badia asked, What motorcycle problem?
